Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and WAC Approved Clinical Supervisor in Seattle, Washington.
I work with
adolescents and adults, couples and families.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression.
I also specialize in transgender and gender identity support and activism.
I have worked therapeutically with lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer and transgender people for over 10 years.
When working with clients, I am
especially sensitive to how oppression (racism, sexism, transphobia,
biphobia, homophobia, ageism, classism, anti-Semitism, ableism, etc.) impacts mental health and self-identity. I have
received extensive training on helping individuals recover from past
trauma, depression, anxiety and many other personal struggles.
